How to achieve the ultimate brow

1. Using the spooly end of the comb, apply the balm to your brow hairs, backcombing to coat every hair
2. Wait for 20-30 seconds for balm to dry slightly
3. Use the comb to flatten and secure the hairs for a lush laminated effect
